Our portfolio of properties generates monthly rental payments from our creditworthy tenants.

We pay out cash distributions monthly to you, the investor. Works out between 5-7% annually.

everyone gets paid again! Break down the increase in equity and the monthly distributions works out 15% return pa.

Chairman Luke Fryer has a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential property.
