Project spiral is due for Planning after a long battle with the local council  

West street development Has some good news with indications that planning will be achieved in early december ! 

A  Takeover has been agreed between the two Brothers, Kevin will be stepping down as chairman to focus on his Consulting and Academy business along with his personal property portfolio. An agreed purchase for 100% of the share capital has been made and from the middle of January 2022 Kevin will step down as chairman and play an advisory consulting roll as and when needed . Luke is excited to take over and has already pushed through deals for planning permission that is due for decision early q1, its been a great experience and when i spoke toLuke earlier he commented . "it's been great to work with my brother Kevin on his vision but equally i'm glad to have agreed the acquisition so i can really push the business to new heights, exciting things to come for the company and equally the investors that have got on board with us "
